Sushi Brokers in Scottsdale

Great tasting sushi. Ordered carry out and staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely return. Recently moved to the area and it’s great to know where to find excellent sushi and service. Thank you!

My family and I are loyal customers of sushi brokers and have always had great experiences with their food...however, we were very disappointed to see that Scottsdale location was not following social distancing guidelines. Since businesses have been able to open up again we’ve seen many make great attempts to keep their employees and consumers safe but when we went to sushi brokers none of the employees were wearing masks, sanitizing hands, and they had different parties sitting very close together. I am shocked by this obvious lack of regard for our safety and am questioning the ethics of this business.

Definitely on the expensive side, however service was good and the food was outstanding! The rolls were stuffed full of fish, and their varied defection of sake was the icing on the cake.. Highly recommended!

Bad experience here. This restaurant is completely ignorant and defiant of the fact that there is a serious virus. Nobody here including chefs wear masks or gloves. They say it’s a decision by the owner to ignore safeguards for the public. There is no social distancing at all with seating. They just don’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Our world has changed dramatically in the last 52 days however Sushi Brokers has aced (in my opinion) what bringing back normal safely should look like. Thank you to the staff and the ownership of SB for leading us out of this very difficult time. This was my first visit to your restaurant however i will be back often as long as we are allowed👍

Best sushi in Scottsdale! Love the tootsie, crunchy and outlaw rolls! The volcano chicken is a must! Love the happy hour and fun atmosphere. Happy hour has great prices on rolls. Great customer service!

Excellent food plenty of friendly staff. The place was standing room only during happy hour, but they had no problem when we grabbed a couple chairs and bellied up to the bar. You're gonna like this place.

Always great food & service. Observed a server with a mask worn under her nose & pulling it away from her mouth while talking. Why bother with the mask?

I liked the sushi roll I ordered, but I also added their chicken wings and the house sauce they used, was super salty. It was okay. But they are overpriced. The sushi is overpriced as well. I was not impressed. 😑 The ambiance is nice, meeting friends for drinks would be cool.
